The integrated swivel angle limiter and the visual position indicator on the shaft reliably prevent incorrect positioning of the butterfly valve, thereby avoiding potential damage and unnecessary downtime. These features enable precise adjustment of the damper and facilitate control during operation or maintenance work.
Wide range of seat ring options for individual requirements
The high-performance butterfly valves offer a wide selection of seat ring variants that are tailored to specific operating conditions. PTFE seat rings are available for applications that require excellent chemical resistance - reinforced with glass fiber or carbon fiber on request for increased stability and durability. For particularly demanding applications, metal seat rings with defined preload forces ensure a reliable, durable seal. In addition, double-seat systems are available that consist of a combination of PTFE and high-quality stainless steel 1.4571, which means they achieve the best operating points in terms of pressure and temperature and also represent a safe solution in accordance with FireSafe requirements in areas at risk of fire.
