Designed to meet the highest purity requirement
The DG5HP ball valve series combines precision manufacturing, uncompromising cleanliness, and maximum flexibility. From polished internal surfaces and oil- and grease-free assembly processes to comprehensive testing and documentation, every detail is designed for safe use in demanding ultra-pure media applications.
To ensure maximum purity, the internal passages of our ball valves are precisely machined. The arithmetic mean roughness value Ra is ≤ 0.8 µm.
Our ball valves are equipped with a standard mounting flange in accordance with EN ISO 5211, which enables direct actuator mounting without interrupting the control stem. The flexible actuation options - whether pneumatic, electric or manual - enable customized solutions to meet individual customer requirements.
To meet the highest cleaning standards, our valves are subjected to an oil- and grease-free cleaning process. In addition, a solvent-free assembly process is used. Finally, the ends of the ball valves are sealed with caps for protection and the ball valves are individually shrink-wrapped for maximum cleanliness.
As a certified company, we not only guarantee first-class valves, but also comprehensive documentation, certificates and a wide range of testing options - including acceptance test certificates in accordance with EN 10204/3.1 and pressure and leak tests in accordance with DIN EN 12266-1 P10, P11 and P12.
