Our high purity ball valves were designed for semiconductor technology in order to meet the demanding standards of the industry. In our production facility, we can flexibly process common tube dimensions for the industry. Three-pice body, pressure rating dependent on nominal size up to PN125, floating ball, vacuum-tight.

- Pressure ratings: up to PN 125
- Temperature range: -52°C to +280°C
- Vacuum: up to 1mbar (abs)
- Surfaces: Internal passage polishing with arithmetic mean roughness Ra ≤ 0.8µm
- Cleaning: Oil and grease-free cleaning and solvent-free assembly processes
- Mounting flange: DIN EN ISO 5211
