3-piece ball valves

Our three-piece ball valves are versatile shut-off valves for demanding industrial applications. The three-piece body design ensures maximum ease of maintenance. Thanks to the swing-out centre section, the seals can be replaced particularly easily, while the floating ball ensures reliable shut-off and tightness. Depending on the version, the ball valves are designed for pressures of up to 125 bar as well as for a wide range of media and process conditions.

The broad portfolio includes versions for the food industry, applications with hydrogen, FireSafe applications, as well as semiconductor technology and ultra-pure media. For particularly demanding or corrosive operating conditions, variants made of stainless steel 1.4529 or with a ceramic ball are also available.

The range is complemented by application-specific special solutions such as low-dead-space versions or ball valves with heating jackets, allowing the valves to be adapted specifically to different process requirements.

Our ball valves are optimally adapted to the requirements of modern automation and offer maximum flexibility in actuation. Thanks to the standard mounting flange in accordance with EN ISO 5211, pneumatic or electric actuators as well as manual actuators can be installed quickly and easily. The direct actuator design ensures seamless power transmission, as the switching shaft passes through without interruption - for precise and reliable control of your process.

Our three-piece ball valves are characterized by their exceptional ease of servicing. The swing-out center section allows quick and easy access to internal components such as seals and the ball. This means that maintenance or repair work can be carried out directly on site without having to completely remove the ball valve from the pipeline.

In addition to short and long butt weld ends, screwed ends, welding flanges and special orbital butt weld ends, we offer a wide range of customization options, such as different sealing materials, cleaning standards, certifications and actuation options. Our ball valves meet the highest certification requirements and are optimized for a wide range of applications. These include FireSafe certifications in accordance with ISO 10497, FDA and (EC) No 1935/2004 conformity as well as TA-Luft certifications in accordance with VDI 2440 and ISO 15848-1. In addition, our ball valves are assessed for their suitability for SIL applications (Safety Integrity Level), which underlines their suitability for safety-critical applications.
