Our two-piece PTFE-lined butterfly valves offer maximum safety and efficiency for industrial processes where chemical resistance is crucial. With a fully PTFE-lined body (minimum 3 mm) and a centered PTFE-lined disc, these butterfly valves ensure a permanent seat - even with highly aggressive and corrosive media. It is available as a wafer or lug type butterfly valve. Our options include a pharmaceutical version with smooth PTFE sealing surfaces as well as conductive versions that meet the strict requirements of the FDA and EU10/2011 regulations.

Thanks to our extensive selection of seat variants, we can adapt the PTFE-lined butterfly valve precisely to your specific requirements. In addition to our standard PTFE for permanent sealing, we also offer special options such as PTFE-carbon/PTFE-conductive seat to comply with ATEX directives or a pure PTFE pharmaceutical version with a low dead space design. For particularly demanding applications, a combination of ATEX and pharmaceutical design is also available, which complies with both ATEX and FDA directives.
