The QRF hose valve offers unrestricted flow in both directions, low resistance, absolute tightness and precise, repeatable linear control. The flexibility of the valve reduces stress on the elastomer hose and provides unrivalled resistance to harsh process conditions.
This ensures absolute tightness, long service life and longer operating time compared to conventional metal and elastomer valves. In addition, the bending movement is self-cleaning. This guarantees that the valve does not block or deposits do not build up, even with high solids contents. Furthermore, the two-part housing allows the hose to be replaced quickly and easily.
