Our solids ball valve in two-piece design is for installation between flanges according to EN 10921, the ball is centrically counter-bearing. The solids ball valve is particularly suitable for difficult applications where dry and abrasive solids such as powder, ash, granules, etc. are used.
- Sizes: DN 25 to DN 200
- Passage: full bore
- Pressure ratings: PN to PN 40, ASME Class 150/300 lbs (other pressure ratings on request)
- Operating temperature: -60 °C to +650 °C
- Special features: designed for demanding applications with dry, abrasive solids (powder, ash, etc.), only one preloaded spring seat ring, bearing and spring chamber sealed against contamination
- Mounting flange: DIN EN ISO 5211
- Test: DIN EN 12266-1
