Corporate culture

The corporate culture has a strong impact on employees’ health and willingness to perform. We use employee surveys to analyse and evaluate the status quo and the desired culture of our company on the part of our employees. We continue to shape our corporate culture with regular feedback rounds with employees and workshops with the management team.

Code of Conduct

Our group’s Code of Conduct serves as a compass for sustainability. All employees know it and follow it in their daily work.

As a guideline, the Code of Conduct covers dealings within the company as well as with authorities and our suppliers. It encompasses important corporate principles and actions, including ethical principles at all levels of business, responsibility for safety in the workplace, respectful and open interaction between employers and employees, human rights, and environmental aspects.
