The bush and ring of the shaft guide are interchangeable and designed for use in the toughest operating conditions. The special choice of materials allows the best working conditions between pinion and housing.
Steel shaft with special surface treatment Steel shaft with special surface treatment by gas nitriding, giving higher corrosion resistance compared to normal material treatment.
Exact end position adjustment Independent mechanical adjustment of opening and closing (+/-5%) guarantees exact adjustment of both end positions. Stepless adjustment 0° - 90° on request.
Stable spring force Concentric springs: This proven reliable solution has been used by us for over 10 years and guarantees a long functional life without fatigue of the spring force.
