Food pumps for fast and tool-free maintenance!

The Flotronic food pump was developed for quick disassembly and reassembly as well as for CIP (Cleaning in Place). Various hygienic connections are available. Due to the tool-free maintenance with integrated T-bar, disassembly as well as subsequent assembly can be carried out in a very short time. Suitable for conveying viscous food products that must not be subjected to high shear forces at the same time. Solids with a diameter of up to 25mm (e.g. fruit and vegetable pieces) can be conveyed.

• Clean-in-place (CIP) connections as standard
• Optionally available with integrated water heating jacket
• Self-priming (suction height up to 3.6m dry)
• Conformity: FDA, UPS Class VI and (EC) 1935/2004 (EU) 2023/2006
• Surface finish from 0.38Ra to 0.8Ra on wetted surfaces
• Low shear forces - Enables pumping of sensitive solids up to 25mm in diameter
• Ideal for pumping highly viscous liquids
